Our Methods
Mark Costello, Master of Arts, Licensed Acupuncturist:
Mark Costello was extensively studied in eastern philosophy and martial arts before attaining a Master’s of Arts in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from The Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 1996. Mr. Costello did extensive study on Chinese Herbal therapy and public health centered addiction treatment.
Mr. Costello was clinical director of acupuncture at three large multi-disciplinary pain clinics from 1998 until 2003 that utilized MDs, Physical Therapists and Chiropractors along with acupuncture in cases of musculoskeletal pain.
In 2001 Mr. Costello trained with renowned addiction specialist George Lucio outside of Toronto to become a certified laser therapist with the focus on treating addictions. Emphasis was spent on nicotine addiction, and the accompanying devastating long-term effects.

Over 30+ years I have helped thousands of customers quit smoking. My name is Mark Costello. I have been a Licensed Acupuncturist since 1996. In 1999 I did an intensive training with George Lucio, PhD, a behavioral psychologist and addiction expert in Windsor, ON, Canada. I was trained in advanced addiction therapy using low powered laser. I was one of the first in the US offering this treatment at that time.
